While discussing the new King Arthur movie on Geek Gab, Brian Niemeier took time to discuss the differences between violence, action, and conflict.
The short version is this:
Violence is akin to a bomb going off in an empty building, a physical confrontation.
Action is a physical confrontation with characters, such as a hero and and his pal getting into a drunken bar brawl.
Conflict is a physical confrontation with characters and stakes.
To hear the explanation in Brian's own words, and the application to both the King Arthur and first Captain America movies, listen to the Geek Gab podcast below.
Glad you found that useful.
